2007 - 9 € - pear or peach - onctuous, intense, pear or peach, less soft than the 2006 Tradition, fresh and even more lively than Les Trois Argiles

2007 - 9 € - similar to Silex Noir but much more mineral - fruit of the loom, a note of white fruit, a hint of chalk - onctuous, fruit of the loom, a hint of chalk, soft (demi-sec), less intense than Silex Noir, with more body, fresh but no as vivid

2006 - 7.2 € - nicely perfumed - the nose is very fruity (plum) - a muscular entry, red fruit, cutting acidity, ponderous and yet very lively

2005 - 9 € - red fruit jelly dominates the nose - onctuous, red fruit jelly, the wine is not drying the palate

 Vin de pays de l'Ardèche - Jérôme Jouret - Domaine Les Clapas - Pas à pas - [80%] carignan, [20%] alicante

2006 - 6.3 € - shows a great aromatic intensity even if served slightly fresh - a nose of black fruit, with a note of roastbeef and a hint of thyme - black fruit, neither heavy nor aggressive, but firm (too bad it is sometimes corked!)

[2004] - 7 € - modest nose - small gas beads, toasted loaf bread, dry but wide, as snappy as a Champagne
